Job summary

Airgas, an Air Liquide company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Henderson, CO to handle inbound calls, research and process orders in SAP, and perform outbound order follow-ups. The role supports industrial, medical and specialty gas customers with a strong emphasis on service excellence.

Responsibilities include researching orders in SAP, resolving issues, coordinating with departments, and assisting sales of gases, welding supplies and equipment.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience.
• Computer skills with comprehensive knowledge of computer order-entry systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with a follow-up to completion focus.
• Ability to work independently and under moderate pressure to meet deadlines.
• Occasional lifting of 25–80 lbs.
• Occasional overtime willingness.

Customer Service Representative

Location: Henderson, CO – Filling Industrial

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (In office)

Pay: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour

This role supports industrial, medical and specialty gas customers by handling inbound calls, researching and processing orders with the SAP system, and making outbound calls for proactive orders. You will provide exceptional service, resolve issues, coordinate with departments, and support sales of gases, welding supplies and related equipment.
