Talentify is seeking a Customer Service/Service Desk team member in the Front End to ensure high standards of customer service and supervise front-end staff. The role reports to Store Director/Bookkeeper and is non-exempt.

The position emphasizes supervising cashiers, enforcing store policies, and maintaining smooth front-end operations to minimize guest inconvenience while upholding housekeeping and training responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Promote customer goodwill by providing high standards of customer service.
• Supervise and schedule activities of front-end personnel to ensure high customer courtesy standards.
• Maintain effective work schedules for front-end personnel to minimize customer inconvenience.
• Enforce store policy related to front end operations and assist bookkeeper with discipline of front-end associates who fail to abide by policies.
• Delegate responsibilities to cashiers as prescribed by store management or bookkeeper.
• Conduct training programs for new associates and current staff.
• Assist cashiers with price checks, voids, or cash register items.
• Keep store management and scan coordinator informed of pricing inaccuracies.
• Assist customers with returned merchandise, over rings, and overcharges.
• Approve customer checks and enforce Redner’s check cashing policies.
• Maintain a regular cleaning schedule and overall good housekeeping of the front end.
• Order and control front end supplies (register paper, ribbons, etc.).
• Greet customers and be observant of people in the store.
• Abide by all company policies as stated in the Employee Handbook.

JOB SUMMARY:

To provide and maintain high standards of customer service throughout the front-end operations. To supervise and direct all front-end personnel and activities.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• 2) Strong analytical and mathematics skills for conducting accurate audits.
• 3) Must be knowledgeable in federal and state child labor laws regarding employment of individuals under the age of 18.
