Job summary

Premier Rental-Purchase in Hastings, NE is hiring a Customer Service Representative. You will greet customers in person and by phone, explain rental terms and pricing, and help customers select products that fit their needs and budget.

You will also prepare loan/rental agreements, process payments accurately, and use our CRM to follow up with leads and support ongoing promotions. Training provided to learn products and build relationships with regular customers.

Premier Rental-Purchase is a retail and rent-to-own company offering major household furnishings, including appliances, furniture, and electronics.

Love helping people and making their day? As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be a welcoming face of our store and part of a friendly, supportive team. You’ll help customers choose products, set up rentals, and get answers to their questions.

In your first 90 days, you’ll learn our products, confidently manage customer accounts, and start building relationships with regular customers.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Five-day workweek, Monday–Saturday. The store is closed Sundays.
