Hart County Water & Sewer Authority is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative. You will assist customers in person, by phone, and electronically, process payments, maintain accounts, and support utility billing and other office tasks.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proficient with Microsoft Office, and enjoys working with the public. High school diploma or GED is required; customer service experience preferred.

• Utility billing experience is a plus but not required.

The Hart County Water & Sewer Authority is accepting applications for a full-time Customer Service Representative.

This position is responsible for assisting customers in person, by telephone, and electronically while performing payment processing, account maintenance, assisting with utility billing and other offi ce support functions.

We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys working with the public
• Has excellent communication and customer service skills
• Is organized and detail-oriented
• Is profi cient with computers and Microsoft Offi ce
• Can work independently and as part of a team
