Responsabilidades

• Prepare and submit customer quotes and pricing information.
• Coordinate new and ongoing projects from approval through completion.
• Serve as a primary point of contact between customers and internal departments.
• Track project timelines, approvals, specifications, and customer requirements.
• Manage repeat orders and communicate production timelines.
• Maintain and update customer, product, and inventory information within company systems.
• Assist with pricing calculations and estimate preparation.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, pricing, and order status.
• Provide professional support via phone and email.
• Resolve customer concerns and elevate complex issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with production, planning, quality, and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate recurring customer needs and process improvement opportunities to management.

Customer Service Representative / Estimator

Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Schedule: M-F, Full-Time, On Site
Compensation: $55,000 – $70,000

This role combines customer service, estimating, quoting, account management, and project coordination responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and delivering exceptional customer support.

Estimating, Quoting & Account Management

• Prepare and submit customer quotes and pricing information.
