FatCats Entertainment in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure guests have a great time from start to finish. You will operate the cash register, assist guests with tickets and concessions, tidy areas, and support team members during busy periods, while maintaining a clean, friendly environment.

Your day starts with a Shift Lead check-in, then you’ll handle guest inquiries, manage queues, and ensure accurate transactions.

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), your job is to make sure our guests have a great time from start to finish. You'll run a cash register, clean, grab bowling shoes, fetch prizes, and handle other tasks to keep our guests happy. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment, communicates well, and works great with a team.

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), your job is to make sure our guests have a great time from start to finish. You'll run a cash register, clean, grab bowling shoes, fetch prizes, and handle other tasks to keep our guests happy. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment, communicates well, and works great with a team.

Your day starts with a check-in with a Shift Lead, then you grab a radio and cash drawer. You'll spend your shift helping guests buy movie tickets, sign up for our loyalty program, get their popcorn, and search for ways to proactively "wow" our guests. When things slow down, you help clean, restock, and cover other stations as needed. Before your shift ends, ensure everything is in order, and then check with the Shift Lead before clocking out.

The Schedule

We're busiest when others are having fun, so we need people who can work nights, weekends, and holidays. We will always try our best to accommodate your schedule. Most shifts start between 4 pm and 6 pm and go until 9 pm or 12 am
