Job summary

Sales Xceleration Recruiting in Framingham, MA is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to become a trusted point of contact for contractor clients, surety partners, and internal producers. You will help manage bond requests, coordinate information, solve problems, and build long-term relationships, with training provided on company specifics.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3+ years of related professional experience.
• Strong client service and relationship-management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading ability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for bond requests and related client needs
• Review bond requests for accuracy and completeness and proactively obtain missing information
• Respond to client questions and concerns with urgency and professionalism
• Partner closely with producers on more complex requests and client matters
• Maintain accurate records for bid, final, miscellaneous, and renewal bonds
• Keep surety partners informed with current client and project information
• Develop a strong understanding of bond forms and contract language
• Initiate billing, including AP/RP
• Coordinate bond renewals
• Work with producers to stay informed about client backlogs, financial status, and outdated financial information
• Help ensure clients receive responsive, accurate, high-touch service from beginning to end

They’re looking for an experienced Client Service Representative to become a trusted point of contact for contractor clients, surety partners, and internal producers. We will train on our company specifics.

You’ll be part of the day-to-day business, helping manage bond requests, coordinating important information, solving problems, and building relationships with the people who rely on the team.

Base Salary: $60,000–$70,000, depending on experience
