Your Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide top-notch support, all while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This position requires strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer calls regarding waste collection services, billing, and account management
  • Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure a positive experience
  • Process service requests, cancellations, and account updates with accuracy
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
  • Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure timely service delivery
  • Provide clear information about services, policies, and procedures
  • Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution and satisfaction
  • Assist with reporting and documentation as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus
  • Previous experience as a customer service representative, preferably in waste management or a related industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in customer service software and other relevant computer applications
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
