Candidate should have strong verbal and written skills, strong attention to detail, a desire to get the job done right, and provide exceptional customer service via communication channels. You will be the first point of contact, helping customers resolve issues, answer questions, and provide service support.

This is a Full-time work from home opportunity.

• Serve as the first contact for applicants; taking incoming calls and accurately entering the information into the system for follow up by an adjudicator.
• Handle inbound customer interactions in a professional and courteous manner.
• Navigates multi-systems to access appropriate information to service.
• Determine escalation necessary for follow-up calls in a timely and efficient manner.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity goals.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
