Motion Industries is seeking a Customer Service Representative II to ensure customer expectations are accurately determined and fully met. You may guide less experienced reps and support designated customers while handling order entry, quotes, and inquiries.
The role requires clear communication, multitasking, and negotiation skills, with a focus on service quality and profitability. This position is typically office-based with opportunities for growth and cross-functional support.
Under general supervision, the Customer Service Representative II ensures customer expectations are accurately determined and are fully met. The Customer Service Representative II may provide guidance to less experienced Customer Service Representatives or may support specific customer(s).
Typically requires a high school diploma or GED and three (3) to five (5) years of related experience or an equivalent combination.

Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Motion, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range. This position offers a starting hourly rate of $20.00 an hour. Many of our hourly positions have pay progression with set starting rates and you reach the top end of this range within 12 months of hire. For other positions, the starting rate will be determined based on individual skills, experience, and qualifications.
