We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our office team. If you're an organized, friendly, and motivated individual with customer service experience-and especially if you've worked in the industry before-we want to hear from you!

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM or 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $20-$25 per hour (based on experience) plus commission/spiff opportunities
Medical Insurance: 75% employer-paid (BlueCross BlueShield) for employees, up to 50% for dependents

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
Schedule and dispatch service technicians for maintenance and repair visits
Maintain accurate records in our customer database and scheduling system
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups with professionalism
Coordinate with technicians, sales, and other departments to ensure top-quality service
Support a positive and efficient team environment

Requirements

1-2 years customer service experience required
Trades (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, etc) dispatching or CSR experience strongly preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Computer proficiency (experience with scheduling/dispatch software a plus)
Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset
