TransPerfect in El Paso, TX is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls, assist customers with cellular devices, billing questions, and general inquiries.

You will act as a technology troubleshooter, guide users through SIM changes, app installs, and contact management, while maintaining PCI compliance and delivering friendly, accurate service.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of Customer Service or Call Center experience.
• Minimum 1 year of mobile phones experience in tech support or service.
• Excellent communication and literacy; read scripted responses confidently.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
• Time-management skills; handle challenging customers while keeping a positive call experience.
• Schedule flexibility; pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Process inbound calls using scripts and comprehensive knowledge of cellular phones, billing, and general customer queries.
• Act as a technology troubleshooter: explain cellular device functions, guide customers through SIM card changes, app downloads, and contact management.
• Answer data‑entry, lookup, and related tasks while engaged with the PC for the duration of the shift.
• Operate within PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliance, and follow client information privacy, no cell‑phone, and local, state and federal wireless standards.
• Use communication tools such as Teams and Outlook, and provide accurate, clear information using available resources.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma; 18 years or older.
• Minimum 1 year of Customer Service, Call Center, or desktop application experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with mobile phones, either in a technical support or service capacity.
• Effective communication and literacy skills; ability to read scripted responses naturally with confidence and accuracy.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
• Time‑management ability and capacity to work with challenging customers while maintaining a positive experience on each call.
