Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is seeking a customer service/sales support representative in a fast-paced office in Florida. You will answer inquiries, process orders, provide quotations, and coordinate delivery, while supporting the outside sales team.

The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy in pricing, and timely responses to distributors, developers, contractors, and installers. Strong organizational skills and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous sales experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment.
• Basic math skills.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with a multi-line phone system.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive phone calls and provide support for price quotations, product availability, customer orders, returns, billing corrections, order changes, and cancellations.
• Generate price quotations and sales orders in a timely manner.
• Refer to product catalogs and specification guides for product uses and applications.
• Support outside sales force.
• Investigate and research customer inquiries and concerns; follow up promptly.
• Retrieve information for the Credit Department when needed.
• Follow all safety regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
