AmeriCash Loans in Columbia, SC is hiring an entry-level Customer Service Representative to be the first friendly face our customers see when they walk through our doors. If you're outgoing, detail-oriented, and looking for a role where hard work is actually rewarded, we want to meet you.

As a branch-based CSR, you'll guide customers through the loan application, collect and review documentation, explain terms, handle cash, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Comfort with basic computer use and data entry.
• Ability to accurately handle cash and financial transactions.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work directly with customers in our branch, processing loan applications from start to finish. You'll be the person who makes a sometimes-stressful process feel simple and human, walking customers through the process, answering questions, and making sure every visit is a good one. This is a hands-on, people-facing role with real room to advance.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Required:

Preferred (not required):

• Prior customer service, retail, or cash-handling experience
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
