This position is in office, five days per week.## ## **SUMMARY**## This position is responsible for providing administrative support to our customers on all Hayward Flow Control products.## ## **MAJOR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*** ## Review orders for accuracy prior to placement.* ## Promptly and effectively process orders, samples, return goods and credit requests.* ## Resolve customer order inquiries regarding pricing, delivery status, etc.* ## Provide pricing information as required. Calculations required.* ## Coordinate customer requirements by working closely with the operations, shipping, and sales staff* ## Assistance with quotations* ## Other duties as assigned## ## **REQUIREMENTS:*** ## Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written* ## Strong commitment to customer service, to internal and external customers.* ## Excellent problem solving and conflict management skills.* ## Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while also managing priorities.## **EXPERIENCE:*** ## 3+ years' work experience in a Business to Business (B2B) customer-facing service team.* ## Proficiency in Microsoft Office products* ## Experience with Salesforce system is a plus.* ## Experience negotiating resolutions, finding solutions, and balancing company and customer expectations.* ## Bi-lingual skills (fluent in Spanish) is a plus.## **EDUCATION:*** ## Associate degree in related discipline OR comparable CSR experience in place of degree.#LI-LS1
