You are primarily responsible for handling service and warranty requests, and you will strive to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, energetic, and enjoys helping people.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years admin experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills.
• Positive attitude and team player who can work independently.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
