Reimer Home Services in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, gather customer information, and actively promote our services. You’ll support field technicians with scheduling and perform administrative tasks, with in-person work at our Cheektowaga branch.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, prior customer service experience preferred, strong communication skills, and reliable attendance. Competitive pay based on experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

What We’re Looking For:

Schedule / Compensation

• Monday - Friday with rotating weekends

• In-Person at our Cheektowaga branch

• $19-$23 per hour based on experience
