Job Description

• Assist with answering incoming calls to the Customer Care Department.
• Assist Customer Care Team with office help (i.e., faxing, scanning, copying etc.).
• Manage and follow up on work orders submitted on online web form.
• Retrieve and document quality issues from customers.
• Help solve customer issues regarding damages and repairs.
• Call and schedule customer orders.
• Control timely delivery of customer orders and Showroom Displays.

Qualifications

• Must be extremely organized and be able to multitask.
• Keep fellow team members on track and on schedule.
• Must be a problem solver and a team player.
• Must be able to work independently and efficiently.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• A diligent work ethic is a must.
• Recent/extensive IT Customer Support Help Desk Tier experience is a big plus.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications is a must.
