- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with ERP systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
