Resolve customer inquiries and concerns to ensure a positive and supportive service experience.

Utilize support systems to effectively troubleshoot issues and track service resolutions.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions to uphold service quality and care standards.
Provide knowledgeable guidance by connecting customers with the appropriate resources to meet their specific needs.
Education:
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
