You will be a key contact for attendees, partners, and vendors, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience before, during, and after events.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat; guiding attendees on schedules, registration, and logistics; assisting with registration issues

The Customer Service Representative will act as a key point of contact for event attendees, partners, and vendors. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience before, during, and after events.
