Customer Service Representative Process Associate - Customer Service- US

Position: Senior Process Associate

In this role, you will be responsible for providing accurate and courteous responses to telephone inquiries from contract owners, agents, and third parties. You will utilize multiple department systems to deliver accurate information and explain life and annuity products. The position involves working in a fast-paced call center environment, maintaining a professional demeanor, and meeting quality and efficiency goals.

Location: ATL, GA

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Work in an office setting

Preferred Skills:

  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Experience working in a fast-paced team environment with high productivity and tight deadlines

  • Collaborating with the team to meet service goals
  • Building relationships and engaging customers

  • Assisting with additional agent issues as needed
