Job description

Job title: Customer Service Representative (Bilingual)

Location: Atlanta, GA (Remote)

Duration: 6 months contract (possible extension)

Pay rate: $21-22.29/hr on W2

  1. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 10 years of proven experience in managing high call volumes within a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficient and effective customer interactions.
  2. Candidates must excel in handling complex interactions such as questions, complaints, billing inquiries, emergency calls, and other inquiries, while prioritizing customer safety and achieving one-call resolution.
  3. This role supports both regulated and deregulated utilities, requiring the ability to manage high-pressure situations calmly and professionally. Candidates should possess excellent multitasking skills and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. The candidate will be proactive in problem-solving, dedicated to customer satisfaction and safety in every interaction.
  4. Initial on-site training will be for 7 days, with possible follow-up on-site sessions and refreshers as needed.
