Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: United States (Remote)

The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. Pay: $29.83 - $33.85 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to customers via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Work closely with our architectural team to understand project details and provide accurate and timely updates to clients.
  • Manage and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain customer records and update them with relevant information.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve the overall customer service experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our services and processes.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with customer service software is a plus.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to adapt to different personalities and situations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
