Job summary

Hayward Holdings Inc. is a leading manufacturer of residential and commercial pool equipment, seeking a customer service professional to be the trusted contact for Direct Buy customers via email, phone, fax, and EDI.

You will review orders, process vouchers and credits, coordinate with Sales and Marketing, and help ensure accurate pricing, product availability, and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a B2B customer-facing role, preferably diverse and inclusive setting.
• Experience with Salesforce and order management tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Be the trusted point of contact for Direct Buy customers via email, phone, fax, and EDI.
• Review and verify orders for accuracy.
• Process orders, sample requests, vouchers, and credits efficiently.
• Communicate order changes, exceptions, and product availability clearly.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless care.
• Implement sales programs and promotions.
• Maintain accurate customer and pricing databases.

Responsibilities

Engage with Customers: Be the trusted point of contact for Direct Buy customers through email, telephone, fax, and EDI.

• Review and verify orders for accuracy.
• Efficiently process orders, sample requests, vouchers, and credits.
• Communicate clearly with customers about order changes, exceptions, and product availability.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and other departments to deliver seamless customer care.
• Implement Sales programs and promotions.
• Process credits or replacement products as needed.
• Keep customer and Matrix pricing databases accurate and up-to-date.
