You’ll use scripts with a personable tone, enter data accurately, and collaborate with dispatch to maximize bookings while building trust with customers in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience handling multi-line phone systems.
• Strong computer skills (CRM systems, typing, data entry).
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—turning inbound calls into scheduled service appointments while delivering a top-tier customer experience.
