Groundworks New Mexico is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support on-site operations in Albuquerque. The role emphasizes clear communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to engage diverse individuals over the phone to conduct surveys or provide help desk support.

Job description

The ideal Customer Service Representative:

• -has good communication skills and basic computer knowledge,
• -enjoys speaking with people from diverse backgrounds and professions,
• -can gain the cooperation of respondents over the phone in order to complete a survey or provide help desk assistance by being persuasive and appropriately assertive, and
• -can follow procedures for reporting project-related problems that may require help desk assistance or policy decisions.

Starting pay rate: $21.68 per hour
