Qualifications

• Able to work in a busy call center environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet respondents and conduct surveys by phone using a pre-written script.
• Record survey answers verbatim and maintain neutral, objective communication.
• Gain cooperation of respondents to complete surveys and direct interviews professionally.
