NATOLI ENGINEERING CO INC. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Missouri to listen to customers’ needs, provide product information, and process orders.

You will maintain professional relationships with domestic accounts and coordinate with sales reps, distributors, and the production manager on order updates. Responsibilities include handling quotes and purchase orders, entering details, researching solutions, and guiding customers to the right team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office.
• Excellent communication with customers, sales reps, distributors and team members.
• Able to sit at a desk and use a computer 8+ hours daily; able to lift 1–10 pounds.
• Detail oriented and well organized.

Responsabilités

• Develop a professional relationship with domestic customer accounts.
• Communicate with customers, sales representatives, distributors and production manager on order updates.
• Process quotations, purchase orders and other related information for order entry.
• Prepare and enter technical drawings, recommend products and services to customers.

The Customer Service Representative will typically do the following: listen and respond to customers’ needs and concerns, provide information about products and services, take orders, determine charges, review or make changes to customer accounts, handle questions or complaints, record details for customer contacts, research answers or solutions as needed, refer customers to supervisors, managers or other team members as necessary.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop a professional relationship with domestic customer accountsCommunicate with customers, sales representatives, distributors and production manager with any order updatesProcess quotations, purchases orders and other related information for order entry, and process customer’s claimsPrepare and enter technical drawings, recommend potential products and services to customersAnalyze customers’ needs and collaborate with management to develop customer accountsThis list is not intended to be all-inclusive.
