RPM Pizza is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Mobile, AL to be the first point of contact for customers and to deliver a welcoming experience. You will take orders, uphold brand standards, and help ensure accurate product preparation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (work permit may be required in some locations).
• Willingness to learn and participate in required training programs.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
