Job summary

RPM Pizza is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative in Mobile, AL. You will be the first contact for customers, taking orders with a friendly, energetic demeanor and ensuring a welcoming experience.

Responsibilities include upholding Domino’s brand standards, maintaining cleanliness, preparing products accurately, and providing outstanding service. Training and growth opportunities are available within RPM Pizza College and across stores.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (work permit may be required in some locations).
• Willingness to learn and participate in required training programs.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive Team environment.
