Job summary

Culligan Ultrapure is seeking a customer service-oriented professional to support daily operations, answer calls, schedule service visits, and manage route deliveries for bottled water and salt. You will maintain NetSuite records and assist with basic collections and bookkeeping tasks.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred with hands-on customer service experience.
• Basic Microsoft Excel experience.
• Basic understanding of general service installation duties.
• General accounting knowledge for resolving billing issues and reducing account receivable delinquency.
• Basic understanding of Accounts Payable process.

Responsibilities

Position Description:

Provide day-to-day customer service operations, including assisting customers, answering incoming calls, scheduling service appointments and route deliveries for bottled water and salt, maintaining and entering data in NetSuite, and supporting basic collections and bookkeeping tasks.

Job Qualifications:
