Job summary

• Communicate with customers via inbound and outbound calls, including automated dialer-generated calls.
• Document calls and enter customer orders in computerized record keeping system.
• Verify and update customer demographic information.
• Read and analyze patient orders.
• Comprehend pharmacy prescription terminology.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and patients alike.
• Assist with training of employees; calculate figures and amounts related to frequency and doses dispensed.
• Follow oral and written instructions using common sense.
