SBM Management Services, LP in New Albany, OH is seeking a Customer Service Rep Lead to oversee custodial tasks and guide staff. You will perform janitorial duties, operate cleaning equipment, and help schedule and train team members.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, CPR/AED/First Aid certification, and the ability to read instructions. This is a full-time role with an 10:00am-6:00pm shift schedule.

Other duties may be assigned.* Perform janitorial duties* Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule* Provide work direction and assistance to custodians as directed by Custodial Supervisor* Assist Custodial Supervisor in scheduling and training staff as needed* Operate motorized cleaning equipment* Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repairs* Schedule clean up and repairs as needed* Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area* Track and maintain supplies inventory* Assist Custodial Supervisor in purchasing cleaning supplies and equipment* Perform quality, service, and safety inspections* Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor* Report employee personnel and customer issues to supervisor* Monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment, and supplies* Correct at risk behavior, then report to the supervisor immediately* Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement**Qualification**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
