You will handle inquiries by phone, email, or in person, provide product information, process orders, and flag anomalies for sales or management review, using Microsoft Office to stay organized and professional under pressure.

The role is full-time and in-person, offering a standard 40-hour week with at least one weekend day.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc).
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and provide accurate information.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via telephone, email, online or in person to provide information and support.
• Coordinate special orders, including routing, to ensure timely delivery.
• Review customer orders for anomalies and notify sales or management as needed.
• Work a standard 40-hour week, primarily in person, with at least one weekend day may be required.
