Lincare in Flagstaff, AZ is seeking a customer service representative to respond to patient and customer inquiries, document calls, and verify/update demographic information. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, updating records, and assisting with employee training where needed.

The position requires a GED/HS diploma, basic computer entry, and the ability to interpret orders and dose frequencies.

This employee communicates with customers for the purposes of answering questions, resolving problems, determining ongoing and additional product/service needs, as well as supporting compliance to physician direction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Documents calls and intakes in computerized record keeping system (Productivity)
• Verifies and updates demographic information such as address and telephone number in computerized records

Qualifications.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must meet any licensing requirements necessary for specific location
• Computer entry experience required

Physical Demands:

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
