RPM Pizza seeks a Customer Service Representative for the store at 5761 W Park Ave in Houma, LA. This part-time role is the first point of contact for customers, taking orders with a friendly, professional demeanor and upholding brand standards.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, keep areas clean, assist with inventory, and participate in ongoing training through RPM Pizza College. The position offers growth opportunities and team discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (work permit required in some locations).
• Willingness to learn and participate in required training programs.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
