Job summary

The Tool & Gage House is seeking a Dimensional Calibration Technician to support our calibration operations in North Carolina. The role focuses on quoting, item intake, vendor pricing, and collaboration with technicians to ensure timely service completion.

Strong communication and organizational abilities are essential, along with proficiency in basic computer tools such as Word and Excel. This on-site position offers a dynamic environment in a technical setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus.
• Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a technical or repair environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills (email, Word, Excel, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• Generate quotes from customer lists.
• Receiving items into our system after verifying items received match the paperwork 100%.
• Obtain vendor pricing and create quotes for items that can’t be calibrated at TGH.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service completion.
