Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Jefferson City, MO. You will assist customers, manage rentals with U-Scan tech, and help move and hook up trucks and trailers while inspecting equipment.

This is a part-time on-site role with opportunities for growth. Qualifications include a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent; forklift certification and additional training are offered post-employment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers; inspect equipment.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment; educate customers.
