Job Requirements

General Job Duties for All Store Team Members

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Training

Orientation and training are provided on the job.

Communication Skills

• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

Essential Functions / Skills

• Perform basic mathematics accurately and quickly.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Have motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to perform tasks quickly and accurately.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Work Conditions

Work may involve varying and sometimes adverse weather when removing trash and performing outside tasks. In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in the cooler to 90°F or higher in some work areas. Workers may encounter fumes from food odors and exposure to cornmeal dust. Cramped quarters, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts are part of the environment.
