Job summary

Lincare is seeking a customer communications agent to support patients by handling inbound and outbound calls, assessing needs, educating on products/services, and ensuring accurate documentation. The role includes order entry and maintaining updated demographic records, with emphasis on physician direction compliance and patient education.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and experience with computerized record-keeping systems.
