Job summary

Lincare is seeking a customer service oriented employee based in Wisconsin to handle inbound/outbound calls, assess needs, educate customers about products and services, and ensure accurate documentation and order entry.

The role emphasizes accurate data management, adherence to physician directions, and collaboration with coworkers and patients to support quality patient care.

Qualifications

Job description

This employee communicates with customers for the purposes of answering questions, resolving problems, determiningongoing and additional product/service needs, and supporting compliance to physician direction.

• Verifies and updates demographic information such as address and telephone number in computerized records
