Job summary

Lincare in West Palm Beach is seeking a detail-oriented associate to support customers by answering questions, guiding product/service needs, and ensuring adherence to physician directives.

Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound calls, assessing product needs, educating customers on offerings, documenting interactions in our computerized system, and ensuring accurate patient demographic data and orders.
