Job summary

Lincare is seeking a detail-oriented customer service professional in Springdale to communicate with customers, verify orders, and educate on products and services.

You will document calls, enter orders, and maintain accurate demographics while supporting physician-directed care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Read and analyze documents such as patient orders.
• Effectively communicate with coworkers and patients alike.
• Help with the training of employees.
• Calculate figures and amounts in reference to frequency and doses dispensed.
