Job summary

Lincare in Sparks, NV is seeking a customer service associate to answer questions, resolve problems, determine ongoing and additional product/service needs, and support compliance with physician directions.

Responsibilities include inbound/outbound calls, documenting calls, entering orders, updating patient records, and assisting with staff training. This role requires reading patient orders, clear communication, and basic math for dosing calculations.

Qualifications

• Read and analyze documents such as patient orders.
• Effectively communicate with coworkers and patients alike.
• Help with the training of employees.
• Calculate figures and amounts in reference to frequency and doses dispensed.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out oral and written instructions.
