Planet Fitness in Palm Desert, CA is seeking a friendly front desk team member to greet members and help deliver a positive workout experience. You will handle phone inquiries, give tours, and assist with sign-ups and cancellations while supporting member accounts.

Responsibilities include answering questions, guiding new members, processing check-ins, and helping maintain a clean, welcoming club environment every shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks:
  • Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns.
  • Taking info calls and tours
  • Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.

Physical Demands

• Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
