Job summary

Rite-Hite Customer Service Representatives serve as the key conduit between our customers and our sales department. This position coordinates order fulfillment in an assigned area, supports scheduling and installer dispatch, and assists customers who call in for service.

You’ll help ensure accurate invoicing and review completed jobs for profitability. The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience minimum.
• Prior experience in a field service operation helpful.
• A commitment to quality.
• Prior experience in an ISO-certified or similar quality program is a plus.
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
• Good communication and customer service skills are also essential
