Job summary

Rite-Hite is seeking manufacturing associates in Dubuque, IA to cut, sew, mark and assemble subassemblies and products. You will prepare items for shipment and follow work orders, forms, drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate production.

Maintaining equipment to reduce downtime is also part of the role. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months of related experience or training, or an equivalent education/experience combo.

• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.

Job Description: Rite-Hite manufacturing associates are responsible for the cutting, sewing, marking, assembly of subassemblies and products, preparation for shipment and preparing of parts and products to be manufactured according to work orders, product authorization forms, drawings and blueprints, and maintaining equipment properly to reduce or eliminate downtime.

Required Experience: Rite-Hite makes top quality products and hires the most qualified employees to contribute to that. This position requires a high school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
