Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative in Hickory, NC. You will assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with rentals, products and services, and help move and hook up equipment.

On-the-job education is provided as part of a supportive team focused on safety, reliability and excellent service. This part-time role includes access to health plans and enrollment programs, plus opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use equipment knowledge to manage rentals and inventory.
• Explain rental terms, prepare invoices, and accept returns.
