Our client is actively seeking a Customer Service Operations Project Manager. This hybrid role (2-3 days on-site per week) is based in Houston, TX.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in coordinating the daily operations of the 503A pharmacy admin and customer service departments to meet project deadlines.
2. Coordinate improvement initiatives with department leaders to streamline processes, enhance team effectiveness, and improve customer service.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management.
2. Experience with PowerBI, Salesforce, etc.
3. Experience leading pharmaceutical operations projects is preferred.
4. Experience with customer service operations is strongly preferred.
